LOCALITY: In the waters off Exmouth, Western Australia.

SIZE: Usually grow to approximately 10-12cms long (Grade 20-30 per pound).

TEXTURE & TASTE: A soft shelled prawn and one of the most commonly cooked prawns. They are known as the Sweetest and Tastiest of them all, because they are cooked fresh the same day they are caught.

COOKING: Being already cooked in a perfect mixture of water of sea salt, all that is needed is to be defrosted, rinsed and then eaten. If wanting to eat hot, boil heavily salted water (ie 2-3tbsps salt), add defrosted prawns for a few seconds to warm. Rinse off salt under fresh water.
