Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

Shark
large Snapper or Dhufish fillets
Butter
Lemon-Pepper Seasoning

To Cook:

Pre-heat oven to 350C. Rinse thawed fillet in cold water, pat dry.
Place in lightly greased pan or baking dish.
Dab fillets with pats of butter.
Sprinkle generously with lemon-pepper seasoning.
Bake for approx 20-25 mins until fish is opaque throughout. Season to taste.
Serve with steamed seasonal vegetables and rice.
