Seafood Sticks:
250-300g White Fish, cut into pieces
8 Raw Prawn Meat
8 Scallops
To Cook:
Combine glaze ingredients and mix well.
Brush onto seafood sticks and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Grill or BBQ, brushing with glaze during cooking.
Seafood Sticks: Thread 2-3 pieces of fish, 1 prawn and 1 scallop onto a pre-soaked bamboo skewer.
