Chilli Mussels

Ingredients:

1kg Whole Mussels
White Wine
Salsa - 3 large Onions
3 Carrots
2 Celery Sticks
1 Clove Garlic
Fresh Chilli to Taste
Basil & Oregano

To Cook:

Steam mussels in white wine until opened. Add Salsa and stir. Cook for 5 mins
