1 1/2 cups SR Flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
250ml Cider
1 medium Green Apple
peeled and finely grated
To Cook:
Rinse seafood.
Sift flour and cinnamon into a bowl.
Gradually pour in cider and mix until smooth.
Fold in grated apple.
Dip fillets into batter and drop two at a time into hot oil.
Fry until golden.
Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm until all seafood has been cooked.
