Simply defrost fillets, by placing on a plate with paper towels or a tray to drain.
Rinse under fresh water and dry off with paper towels.
Lightly brush fillets with sauce and stand to marinate as long as you wish, anything from 10 mins to
4 hours.
Pre-heat frypan, lightly coat with a good oil.
Place fish in pan and only turn once when cooking, ie 1-2 mins per side for smaller fillets and up to 3 mins for larger thicker fillets.
For added flavour more sauce can be added during cooking.
REMEMBER: All seafood tastes better when slightly under cooked.
