Rinse prawns under fresh water.
Place all ingredients (except prawns) into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
When sauce starts to reduce, place prawn meat into a fry pan with a little oil or butter with an extra tsp of garlic.
Cook prawns for 1 1/2 - 2 mins.
Serve hot on a bed of rice and pour over sauce.
