Unlike many crumbed fish, this is a pure fish fillet that has been lightly coated in a Tasty Crumb, that can be either Oven, Shallow or Deep Fried.
Being a Premium Grade New Zealand Hoki fillet it is a sweet and mild flavoured fish. It is well filleted with no bones or skin. Perfect for those quick, healthy meals that the whole family will enjoy.
To Cook:
Oven Fry:
Preheat oven to 220C. Place fish fillets on a tray and place in the oven for approx 15-20 mins or until lightly browned.
Shallow Fry:
Heat up pan to medium hot and place in fish fillets. Fry once on each side until lightly brown.
Deep Fry:
Heat a good quality oil (ie, virgin olive oil) to 200C and place in fish fillets. Fry until lightly brown.
