500g Sweetlip fillets
1 pkt Spring Vegetable Soup
1 cup water
2 tbsp White Wine
125g sliced Mushrooms
1/2 sliced red Capsicum
To Cook:
Rinse fillets under water and pat dry.
Place fish into a greased shallow baking dish.
Combine soup mix, water and wine.
Add mushrooms and capsicum and pour onto fish.
Cover the bake at 180C for 30 mins.
To Microwave:
Cover and cook on High for 5 mins, then Medium for 5 mins.
Rearrange fish fillets halfway through cooking time.
