Fish Satays

Ingredients:

500g Fish Fillets, cubed
1 red capsicum
cubed, 1 onion
cubed
2 pkts Satay Sauce Mix
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp chopped Parsley

To Cook:

Rinse fish with fresh water and pat dry.
Soak wooden skewers to prevent them from burning.
Thread fish, capsicum, onion alternately onto skewers.
Coat satay sticks with one packet of satay sauce.
Heat oil in pan and cook satays until cooked through.
Prepare remaining packet of satay sauce and stir in sour cream and parsley.
