Garlic Prawn Kebabs

Ingredients:

20 Raw Prawns
1/3 cup Dry White Wine
8 tsp Olive Oil
4 large Garlic Cloves
Chives or Tarragon Leaves for garnish

To Cook:

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 mins.
Shell and devein prawns.
Mix olive oil, wine and garlic in a bowl.
Stir well.
Place prawns in mixture and stir until all are coated well.
Cover and marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Thread prawns onto skewers and place onto a hot BBQ plate for 2-3 mins, until pink.
Baste with marinade during cooking.
Serve kebabs with garnish on top.
