Honey Prawns

Ingredients:

500g Raw Prawns (peeled) or Prawn Meat
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Sherry
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp 5 Spice
1/2 inch chopped Ginger
2-3 small chopped Chillies
3 cloves chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Olive Oil

To Cook:

Make sauce by mixing honey, soy, sherry, sesame, pepper and spice.
Cook ginger, chillies and garlic gently in oil for 2 mins - DON'T BROWN.
Remove from pan.
Increase heat and cook prawns a few at a time for 1 minute.
DON'T COOK THROUGH.
Remove and keep warm.
Put ginger, chillies and garlic back in pan, add sauce and reduce heat and stir constantly.
Toss prawns in sauce until coated and cooked through.
Remove from heat and toss with the sesame seeds and serve on a bed of rice.
