Italian Sauce

Ingredients:

3 large Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
250g sliced Mushrooms
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
3/4 cup Water
1 small Chicken Stock Cube, crumbled
3/4 cup Dry White Wine
2 tbsp Brandy
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp chopped Fresh Basil

To Cook:

Saute onion and add all ingredients.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 25 mins.
(Add your favourite seafood after 10 mins or pour over cooked seafood)
