1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
90g Butter
1/2 cup Lemon Juice extra
To Cook:
Dip seafood in combined lemon juice and water.
Dust lightly with flour, dip again in lemon juice mixture.
Coat lightly in combined sesame seeds and breadcrumbs.
Melt butter and extra lemon juice in a frypan, add seafood, fry over medium heat until cooked through.
