Marinara Tagliatelle

Ingredients:

Tagliatelle or Fettuccine
1/2kg Seafood Marinara
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pkt Tomato and Vegetable Soup
425g can Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup White Wine
Salt
freshly ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp fresh Parsley
Parmesan Cheese to serve

To Cook:

Rinse marinara mix.
Heat oil in frying pan and cook garlic for 1 min.
Blend soup mix, water, wine and tomatoes and add to pan.
Bring to the boil, then simmer uncovered for 15 mins.
Add marinara mix to the pan and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper and add parsley.
Serve over cooked tagliatelle.
