Rinse Squid Tubes.
Melt oil for the stuffing in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3 mins. Preheat oven to 180C.
Stuff the squid tubes and place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Pour the wine and water over the squid and add the bouquet garni.
Bake for 75 mins, covered with a lid.
Cut into slices and serve on a bed of rice.
