Mustard & Herb Crumb

Ingredients:

Wholegrain Mustard
1oz Butter or Margarine
1 cup fresh Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Snipped Chives
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
S&P

To Cook:

Lay fish onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread each piece with 1 tsp mustard.
Melt butter, add breadcrumbs, herbs, cheese, S&P.
Divide the mixture between the fish, covering completely and pressing down well.
Cook in preheated oven for 10 mins.
You may finish under the grill to crisp topping.
