Pasta Marinara

Ingredients:

250 gm spaghetti
1 tbsn olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
5 spring onions, chopped
500 gm Seafood Marinara Mix
2 tbsn white wine
400 gm can diced tomatoes
1 tbsn tomato paste
2 tbsn chopped fresh parsley

To Cook:

Cook spaghetti according to directions.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add garlic, onions and frozen Seafood Marinara Mix.
Cook rapidly on moderate heat, stirring constantly, until seafood is just warmed through.
Stir in white wine, tomatoes and tomato paste, and simmer for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add parsley and season with salt and cracked black pepper.
Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and serve immediately.
