750g Potatoes,
500g White Fish Fillets
3 Tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp Basil
S&P
3 tbsp Fish Stock
155g Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
30g Margarine
To Cook:
Coarsely grate the potatoes, put half into a deep ovenproof dish.
Lay the fish on top, then add the tomato slices.
Sprinkle with basil, season with S&P and pour on the fish stock.
Layer the cheese over tomato, then mix the remaining potatoes with the marg and spread over the cheese.
Cook in a preheated oven 200C for about 35 mins until topping is brown.
