Prawn & Banana Savouries

Ingredients:

250gm Prawns
1 tspn lemon juice
2 tspn finely chopped chives
1 tspn grated ginger
Breadcrumb
1 large banana
1 tspn Tabasco
S&P

To Cook:

Chop the prawns finely and mix with the mashed banana and other ingredients.
Form into small balls the size of a walnut.
Roll in breadcrumbs and chill for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a small pan and fry the balls for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
