250gm cooked prawns
1 avocado
1 mango
1 cup French dressing
2 tablespn lemon juice
2 tablespn mayonnaise
2 teaspn chilli sauce
Lemon pepper
1 tablespn shallots
To Cook:
Slice avocado and mango.
Peel prawns and combine all with French dressing and lemon juice.
Season with pepper and stand 10 min.
Combine mayonnaise and chilli sauce, drain dressing from prawn mixture into mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Pour dressing over prawn and fruit refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with shallots. It's yummy!
