30g Butter
1 Leek-sliced
2 pkts Maggi Potatoes n More-Double Cheese
1/2 cup dry White Wine
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Milk
350g Scallops
1/2 cup grated Tasty Cheese
To Cook:
Melt butter in pan, add leek, cook 2 mins.
Add combined potatoes n more, wine, water and milk.
Bring to boil stirring, simmer 7 mins, add scallops, simmer 3 mins.
Spoon into ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 180C oven 10-15 mins until golden.
