Seafood Vol-Au-Vents

Ingredients:

350g Seafood Marinara Mix
1 Onion, sliced
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Dry Sherry or White Wine
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup Cream
4 large ready baked Vol-au-vent cases
1/3 cup grated Cheese

To Cook:


Rinse marinara mix and drain well.
Gently fry marinara mixture and onion in butter for 4-5 mins.
Add sherry and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add soup, simmer uncovered for 5 mins and add cream.
Spoon into cases and sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200C for 10 mins.
