Shrimp Tagliatelle

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Olive Oil
100g Ham, cut into thin strips
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Minced Chilli
500g Cooked Cocktail Prawns
1 x 400g Tomato Soup
1 1/2 cups Milk
Black Pepper
Pinch Salt
375g Tagliatelle or similar

To Cook:

Defrost prawns in a colander to allow them to drain.
In a large frying pan heat the oil and sauté the ham, onion, chilli for 5 mins over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Add soup, milk and S & P.
Cook until sauce has reduced to half.
Add prawns and heat through.
Serve over cooked pasta.
