1kg Raw Prawns
1/4 cup Oil
2 cloves Garlic
minced, 2 fresh Chillies, chopped finely
1 tsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Cornflour blended with 2 tbsp water
To Cook:
Peel prawns.
Heat oil in work, add garlic, chillies and prawns and stir-fry for 5-6 mins.
Add chilli, soy and tomato sauces.
Heat thoroughly and thicken with blended cornflour.
Serve mixed with fried rice or serve on steamed rice.
