Spicy Tomato Prawns

Ingredients:

1kg Raw Prawns
1 tbsp Oil
3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
2 x 400g cans pureed Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice
2 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 tbsp Ground Ginger
1/4 cup Yoghurt

To Cook:

Rinse prawns under fresh water.
Heat oil and saute garlic in a large pot for 1 min, then add tomatoes and spices. Bring to boil.
Simmer for 10 mins. Add yoghurt, simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add prawns and simmer until just cooked (about 2 mins).
