4 whole fish
1/3 cup plain flour
S&P
110g butter
4 tsps oil
60g flaked almonds
Lemon slices to garnish
To Cook:
Scale, gut and rinse fish.
Wipe fish with a damp cloth.
Season flour with S&P.
Dip fish in seasoned flour and pat off excess.
Heat 90g butter and the oil in a frying pan and fry fish on both sides until cooked, about 7-10 mins, depending on thickness.
Remove to a serving plate and keep warm.
Clean frying pan and heat 20g butter.
Add almonds and cook until golden.
Sprinkle over fish and garnish with lemon slices.
