How to place an order 


All online orders are for the Perth Metro Area only.

Perth Metro Area is defind as:
north of Perth to Burns Beach Road/Joondalup Dve (and suburbs south of this boundary)
SOUTH of Perth to Thomas Road.

Customers in Rockingham, Byford, Mandurah, Pinjarra will be serviced by their Distributor for this area.

Country customers are welcome to submit an order enquiry, that we will forward to your Local Distributor. Please note that some prices may vary in Regional Areas. Your Distributor will confirm the cost of your order with you before delivery.

Orders need to be placed by 12 noon the day before delivery.

Northern Suburbs delivery is Thursdays from 12 noon onwards.
Southern Suburbs delivery is Fridays from 11am onwards.

A delivery fee of $10 will be charged for all orders.
You will be contacted on the morning of your delivery to arrange a delivery window. Delivery windows are within a 2 hour time frame.
If you are not going to be home to receive your order we can pack your order in a delivery esky for an additional $6. If you have not purchased a delivery esky, and are not going to be home, please ensure you leave out a suitable esky for your order.

All fish, seafood & snack products are packaged into clear bags for your conveinience. Items are indivividually frozen, so you can use as little or as much as you want and keep the remainder in the freezeer to use later.

You can pay by EFTPOS, Cash or Direct Deposit into our Bank Account.


Q. What happens if I am not home for my delivery?
A. You can suggest a delivery window that would be suitable. You also need to have pre-paid your order in full prior to delivery. Your order is kept in a freezer up until the time it is delivered to you.

Q. Can I have my order delivered early in the morning?
A. We need time in the mornings to pick and pack all our orders for that day. Thats why we need to deliver after 11am.

Q. Can you deliver to me at work?
A. Yes we can deliver to you at work. This is our preffered delivery option.

Perth Metro Deliveries

Country customers please contact your local Distributor via the Locality Guide. 

1. Browse through the Product Guide. Select from the range of fish, prawns, chicken, desserts etc.

2. Click on the item you would like to purchase, or to view more information and pricing.

3. Click on the "Add to Cart" symbol and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart. You can remove a product if you no longer wish to order it by selecting the "Remove" button.

4. Click "Continue Shopping" to go back to the Product Guide.

5. If you are ready to finalise your order select your delivery location. The delivery fee is $10.

6. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be directed to the Checkout page.

7. Enter your personal details and your delivery details, and any other comments like "please leave esky behind the side gate" etc.

8. Payment is on delivery via EFTPOS or cash.

9. Click "Submit" and your order will be emailed to us immediately. You will also receive a copy of the email.

10. We will contact you to confirm your delivery day, delivery time window, and payment method.
